We've had two great weekends at Votadini, staying in the Misty mountains cabin and Small Robin. It's a calm, relaxing spot, easy to reach for a quick break from Pretoria, and there are restaurants nearby. The cottages are neat, easy to clean and well maintained. They're securely fenced, so our dogs could play and zoom around safely while we relaxed. Great for a self-catering holiday and braaing. Adriaan and Jan were excellent at organizing things and making sure we were comfortable. We also booked the massage package in the cottage, and it was amazing.

Bring binoculars if you enjoy birding, the birdlife is incredible. Votadini was peaceful and just right for unwinding, and our dogs had an absolute blast. Jan and Adriaan welcomed us warmly and were friendly and helpful throughout. From the moment we unpacked, it felt like we were on holiday. They really go above and beyond, and we can't wait to return.

A lovely place to escape the noise of the city, with mountain views and stunning sunsets. The cottages are fenced and pet friendly, with plenty of room for the dogs to run and play.

My Monday to Friday break at Votadini was exactly the quiet, peaceful rest I wanted. Jan and Adriaan were very helpful, taking care of everything efficiently. The pet-friendly cottages are well equipped and securely fenced to keep your dog safe. There are several nearby restaurants with good food in quiet surroundings. I'd recommend it for a peaceful trip with your pet, about an hour or so from Pretoria or Johannesburg.

There's a fully fenced yard for dogs and a nice little splash pool. Just remember to bring your own umbrella.
