The rain shower was my favourite part. It's spacious, and the shower head was so amazing it gave me goosebumps. The couches are comfortable, and there's even an iron and small ironing board. We also had a microwave, little gas cooker, fridge, crockery, cutlery, and cookware. Outside, there's a pool in the lush garden, two comfortable chairs on the veranda, and a small braai if you want to use it. We were welcomed on arrival, shown around, and given the keys, along with a WhatsApp number for questions or help. So many little details made the stay comfortable: filtered drinking water, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, rusks, clean towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and knee blankets for keeping warm while watching TV. Our stay at Desiderata chalet was very pleasant, and I highly recommend the place.
