We had six people staying in the large house while family visited before we left abroad for an extended period. Five more came over for an Easter bbq. All the facilities were top notch and the staff were very helpful. The fireplace on the deck was handy on two cold evenings. Highly recommended.

We had the best time here. The beds are super comfortable, and the property has amazing views, a pool and plenty of space to enjoy. It’s a wonderful, well decorated and well catered for spot. Definitely coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a home away from home.

The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, and made us feel welcome the whole way through. The place was spotless, beautifully set up and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing trip. We had such an amazing stay!

The location was just right for our group of 10 adults and 4 teenagers, and the spaces at Bergview Homestead and Pool Villa were clean, beautifully decorated and looked like the pictures. All in all, we had a great stay and would book again. Before booking, we asked whether every bedroom had cooling and were assured they did. But on arrival, only 1x bedroom had aircon, while the other 5x bedrooms had no cooling, not even a fan. The Homestead house kitchen could also use more equipment. We missed salad and serving bowls, big pots & pans for cooking for 10 people, tupperware to store food in the fridge and washup/wipe down cloths.

The apartment was clean and quite nice, but the hosts' attitude after we reported the power outages was disappointing. The lady was not friendly at all. We were thinking of extending our stay, but that put us off. The TV wasn't working, and the power went off again in the morning.
