Zulu Nyala Game Lodge

The off-site trips were affordable and worth every penny. We did the elephant encounter, which was amazing, the lion safari, a walking bird safari, and a day trip to St Lucia with a hippo boat ride. Every day brought something different, and we never saw the same thing twice. Our game driver, graison, and the safari group were amazing and made the trip even better. We enjoyed the spa, relaxed atmosphere, and beautiful grounds too. It's a perfect mix of adventure and downtime. I've been home four weeks and still talk about this dream-come-true trip every day.

I went to a beautifully curated wedding here, and the Zulu Nyala staff and management delivered it superbly. It's in a great spot just north of Huhluwe. Friends saw top tier wildlife on game drives, even though it was already well into Spring. The rooms and amenities were great, in a lovely, lush setting.

Our group of four ladies stayed in the Game Lodge, and it was amazing. Between the drives on the property and the off-property options on their list, we saw everything up close. Siya was one of our main safari guides, and we all loved his knowledge, humor, and willingness to help us get the most from the trip. ZN was amazing from start to finish. One of us had been to Africa twice before and would recommend this trip over much more expensive, intense ones. Visitors should bring more Rands than they think they'll need, and their own favorite instant coffee or cappuccino.

Our week of safari drives was absolutely incredible and life-changing. Albert's wildlife knowledge, infectious humor, and real passion for the bush made every drive unforgettable and exceeded all our expectations. He opened our eyes to the whole ecosystem with fascinating stories and insights, and we came away as true admirers of Africa's wilderness with a new respect for its delicate balance. Albert gave us memories for a lifetime and helped us fall in love with South Africa's magic. We can't recommend him and this safari experience highly enough.
