The rooms were spotless and fresh, with everything set out to make them inviting. They had tea, coffee and a fridge, and the large bathrooms were clean and stocked with all the amenities we needed. Parking felt secure, which was useful with all our luggage. The location is right on the coast but away from the beach crowds. We didn’t get to enjoy the accommodation for long because of car trouble, but the hostess kept in touch and was especially attentive when our arrival was delayed. I’d definitely stay here again if passing through.

We felt so comfortable here, thanks to the whole team at the Crowned Crane. We didn’t see them, but could tell the rooms, kitchenettes, bathrooms and other amenities were being looked after so well. The hostess was friendly and attentive, and the little details made a difference. Each room feels private and peaceful, almost like it’s the only one on the property. There’s easy lock up and go access, and after a short walk along a manicured path you’re on the sand, looking out at the ocean. It’s relaxing, with beautiful rooms that feel like home. First impressions matter, and this one made me want to come back regularly. Highly recommend, and see you soon.

I came back for my second vacation here in December 2025. The family room was clean, well kept and had everything we needed. Service was great, and the owner and staff were friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay.

The owners are spectacular and really go above and beyond for every guest. It’s breathtaking here, well situated, and there’s plenty of room to run along the magnificent coastline. I’ll definitely come back from Drummond kwa-Zulu Natal, and may as well become part of the furniture.

The gardens are well maintained, and there’s a nice patio table outside the room. The rooms are a good size and well equipped, with a comfortable sized bed and a beautiful bathroom with a shower. It’s near the beach, and the service was friendly and good. The I.T.S Pumps staff enjoyed staying over and will definitely book again.
