Morning and afternoon drives each lasted 3,5 hours, and both were great. The food was good too, especially on BBQ nights. We stayed in the main building, which we thought had the nicest rooms. It’s an attractive manor owned by Trevor Jordon, opened to guests visiting the private game reserves of Khaya Ndlovo and Lakeview. Inside, the African art, books, and the owner’s personal things make for an interesting design.

The people are what make Khaya Ndlovu so special. We got to meet the owners, who were genuine and passionate hosts. Their care for the land, animals, and guests was clear throughout. There are too many staff to name, but Truth, Austin, Princess, Rudolf, Karrabo, Thabo, Ismael, Bongeni, and Lilly all made us feel looked after and added something special. The atmosphere was warm, luxurious, and full of love, with comfort and elegance set against the African bush. The game drives were unforgettable. We saw most of the Big 5 up close and had moments we’ll remember forever. The food and service were flawless too. Khaya Ndlovu Safari Manor captures your heart. We left with memories and friendships to last a lifetime, and can’t wait to return.

A lovely place! 👌🏾 We stayed with family, and from the welcome when we arrived through to leaving, everything was great. The staff were warm and went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable and memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing place, and the pool has a fabulous view. I didn’t stay here, but the staff were so welcoming and the guides were brilliant. The reserve was great, and thanks to the guides we had a real experience and saw lions up close.
