We especially loved the walks beside the ocean, through local fynbos and natural vegetation. The views out to sea were breathtaking, and every stroll felt calm and grounding. We spent two incredible days at Baviana Beach Lodge, exactly the break we needed. The unit was comfortable and more than sufficient for a chance to switch off and recharge. The braai area was another highlight, enjoying the afternoon sun and a West Coast braai with the ocean behind us. A relaxing, memorable stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Baviana Beach Lodge is a lovely choice for a breakaway. Our room felt suited to a couple, and the view was spectacular. Opening the door to the soothing sound of waves was wonderful. Our host Belinda was friendly, welcoming and thoughtful throughout the stay.

We were welcomed warmly and had a peaceful, relaxing stay at Baviana Beach Lodge. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, with lovely ocean views, and the braai areas made it easy to enjoy a meal while taking in the coast. Being so close to the ocean made walks in the morning and afternoon a pleasure, especially with the beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend it for a tranquil seaside break.

Belinda was a wonderful host. She checked in with us to see how we were doing and whether we needed anything, and even suggested local restaurants since we didn’t know the area. Our room was neatly prepared before we arrived. We loved every moment and only wished we could’ve stayed longer. We’ll be back soon and will recommend Baviana Lodge to our friends and family.
