The Mandyville

We held a municipal plenary there. I didn’t stay overnight, but I saw the beautifully planned rooms. The host was attentive, the food was very good, and the conference area was clean and had up-to-date technology. There’s secure guest parking too. I enjoyed it, the place is stunning.

The food was great, and the staff were friendly. I enjoyed my stay, especially the awesome location.

It was our first visit to Jeffrey's Bay, and we stayed here for four nights. Management was very accommodating with our various special needs. Thulani was absolutely phenomenal, with excellent service and a spirit we loved. Nothing seemed too big or too small when it came to making customers happy. The grounds are immaculate, the place is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and clean. I especially loved the fresh fruit at breakfast. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working that well, but we still had an enjoyable stay. Thanks to everyone who made it so. We’ll be back.

The staff were very friendly and always accommodating with requests. The Wi-Fi was excellent, the rooms and patio spacious, and the premises secure. It’s also a quiet, peaceful place within walking distance of the beach and shops. For a five star rating, I’d want dinner available in-house, breakfast earlier than 7:30 for business trips, and a telephone in the rooms. As it is, you only get a dinner voucher and seem to have to go out to find food. With no room phone, you need to walk to reception or use your cellphone to contact them.
