Good day. It’s been three months since we first followed up by email and phone about our voucher, and nobody has contacted me. We even recently had a team stay with you, and would have liked to use it then. At this point, a voucher is no use to us, and we don’t intend to stay at your accommodation again. We want a full refund. This could have been handled professionally, but the lack of follow-up from your team has made it feel very unprofessional and careless toward clients. Last Friday I phoned and asked for the owner’s number so I could ask him directly what was happening, but the request was refused. I told the woman, Tracy I think, to have the owner call me back that same day. I’m sure he still doesn’t even know about this complaint. I’ll post complaints on all your platforms and on Hello Peter every day until someone answers me about the refund. This is post 1. In each post after this, I’ll go further into my personal experience at your establishment. And no, it wasn’t that great. I’m not usually someone who brings others down, but waiting three months for a reply, a call, or even the promised voucher says a lot about the lack of professionalism and care.
