Garden Top Hotel

I had to check out early after a terrible stay at Garden Top Hotel. The hotel wouldn't take responsibility, refund my money, or do anything about its mistakes. My first room was filthy, with only the bed made and everything else dirty and untidy. After I complained, they moved me to a room with a bathtub, but someone had used it while I was out and left it dirty. The trash was still there, and the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The cleaning staff seemed careless or completely unprofessional. On top of that, a horrible smell would sometimes come from the AC. The hotel is badly managed, and hygiene doesn't seem to be a priority. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

The breakfast was the only good part. It was average but filling, with fewer options than City Lodge or Town lodge, though worth a try. We made the most of our stay, but the area felt a bit dodgy, so be careful. Room quality depends on how much you pay. Choose a cheap one and you might get a bathroom with an old cracked bath, lights coming out of the ceiling, and sheets too small for the bed. There's no room service either. The receptionist seemed dodgy herself, limping and alone when we arrived, but she did help us. Honestly, they could improve the little things.

I've stayed in plenty of hotels, and the thing that stood out here was how, as soon as we arrived and were parking, they waited to help carry our bags.

Guests were trying to sleep, but they turned the place into a club. No consideration at all.
