The place looks really nice, which makes the way guests are treated even more disappointing. During a Pamper session in another room, guests' luggage was thrown outside. The decor lady was treated very badly when she asked to arrive early to start work. The owner treats guests like children, walks into their rooms without knocking, and David shouted at me when I asked about going out after the gate was locked for the night. If you ask to leave for a late snack, he gets angry. It was terribly cold, and there were no blankets. I asked for a heater and was told they didn't have one. We turned off the electricity in one room to plug in a heater because we were cold, then were told we were wasting electricity. At first, when my people complained, I brushed it off and thought they'd get over it. After the way David treated me, I wouldn't advise anyone to book here. You may regret spending your money. I'm so disappointed by the management and treatment.

David made us feel welcome and was very friendly. We had a great stay, and our room was lovely, clean, and neat. Just right for a short visit while in the city.

It was peaceful and serene, and the rooms were clean and just right. The pool was super cold, but the place was still great and relaxed. I'd definitely come back.

We love this lodge so much that this was our second trip. It's stunning, and both management and staff are wonderful. I'd highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed.

The lodge owner is very rude. One night he even wanted to come into the room to check that there wasn't an extra person inside. Just very rude.
