The owner himself gave us such an overwhelming welcome. I had an awesome time celebrating my 60th birthday, and the view of Johannesburg from the balcony was out of this world. The history tour of Lacasablanca was really informative, and seeing Pritchard street in 1902 was awesome. So much gratitude. You’ll definitely see me again.

Leo and his team are attentive, courteous and professional. Treat yourself to a stay and a chance to experience a little of Johannesburg's rich heritage. You won't regret it. The absolute best place to stay in Joburg!

Breakfast was delicious and just the right size, and the rooms were beautifully decorated, comfortable and full of thoughtful touches. The adorable dogs add to the homely feel. From arrival, we were met with genuine warmth. Leo and Roelof were attentive, friendly and professional throughout, even when another guest tried to sneak someone in during the night. The area is lovely and peaceful. La Casa Blanca is a true gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. We’ll definitely be back!

A beautiful home with stunning views, a lovely atmosphere and old world charm. The owners have clearly put thought into the design, and the luxurious rooms are well equipped. The staff are super friendly and helpful. A real JHB gem.

The view over Johannesburg from La Casa Blanca was stunning, and the rooms felt thoughtfully set up to make guests comfortable. We were welcomed so warmly by the owners and staff, too. We had an incredible stay and will be back. I’d happily recommend La Casa Blanca.
