At the restaurant in Radisson RED Johannesburg, Simanga made us feel well looked after from the moment we arrived. He was warm, professional and attentive, with helpful menu recommendations, prompt service and a genuinely friendly manner. Simanga noticed that my sisters and I were celebrating and put together a little surprise for us. He kept checking that we were alright, and was funny and welcoming throughout. We were very happy with his excellent service 😁😁😁😁

Thomas made a great impression with his friendly welcome and recommendations. He checked on me at the right moments without hovering, and his upbeat manner made the meal better. I hope he’ll be my waiter again when I come back!

The hotel had a warm, comfortable feel, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. Mr Smanga was especially attentive to guests and very professional, while the whole staff were welcoming and helpful. I had a lovely stay.
