The junior suite was spacious and lovely, and stayed really quiet at night. This is a huge hotel, with the biggest lobby I've ever seen! Breakfast was delicious, with lots to choose from, and the staff were very friendly. We were happy to walk to the shops in Rosebank during the day, but took an Uber after dark. The hotel also has a free shuttle.

I was at the hotel for a two day workshop and have a very special diet. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me, and I'm so grateful. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the hotel is fabulous. Mr. Peter Nkomo took great care of me and went above and beyond to make sure I was well fed. Well done, SS Rosebank!

I attended a two-day conference here and found the venue spacious, well organized, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable, productive event. The meals were varied, delicious, and well prepared, with attentive service throughout. Staff were courteous, professional, and efficient, helping everything run smoothly. An outstanding place for conferences, seminars, and corporate events. Highly recommended!

The rest of my stay was genuinely excellent, from the service and staff to the overall quality, so it's a shame that the booking issue left such a bitter aftertaste. I'd booked seven nights through Booking.com and paid the full amount in advance. When I asked to add a night, the platform charged nearly ZAR 3,834, an absurd amount far above the hotel's usual rates. I refused that charge, and Booking.com cancelled my whole reservation while I was already checked in and had paid in full. I asked the hotel to help sort it out, but they just told me to "deal with Booking.com." They made no effort to review the price or find a solution, even though it involved their premises and room rates. This was the only problem during my stay, but it was handled very poorly.

I travel often for business, and this was my first time staying here for a week. It's a great hotel with big rooms, but the bathroom felt extremely small and cramped by comparison. I also had to pay for parking, which I thought could have been included.
