I stayed in December 2025, and this place is starting to feel like less value for money each year. I usually come annually, but the building, upkeep, and calibre of guests all seem to be deteriorating. The bedding had stains and hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests, and the cleaning was minimal. There was no generator during load shedding. My neighbors from another African country were drunk and noisy, and nobody cautioned them. Management isn’t responsive either. Getting an answer to a simple question took an unreasonable amount of time.

I stayed in the penthouse, and the views were simply amazing. The place is nicely designed, with very nice rooms, and it’s conveniently located. The staff are friendly and nice.

The room was tidy and clean, but there were several problems. The shower leaked and the toilet seat was broken. The main blind in the living area was broken, so we couldn’t open it to see the view. There were only two dining chairs even though the unit says it sleeps three, and there was no information about connecting to the wifi. Other units were noisy well after midnight during our stay.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and made our safety their top priority. The place is near the mall, and checkout was flexible. I had a pleasant stay, though I’d like them to install Aircons.

We generally enjoyed our stay, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I’d recommend installing Aircons, and some windows were missing their handles.
