The front desk and other staff were welcoming, and I liked that there's a water station instead of plastic water bottles. The location is great, near the airport and not too far from Eastgate Mall or Sandton City Mall. The room was neat, though the cleanliness could be improved, and the shower drained too slowly for my liking.

The breakfast menu never changes, it's the same thing every day. I wouldn't recommend booking for a group, since people are treated badly, especially by the chefs and hospitality staff. The shared rooms are small, so I wouldn't recommend those either. There's limited water in the toilets, meaning you have to wait a long time and flush several times.

I stayed at Town Lodge for 18 days, and the peaceful atmosphere and the team's attention to detail made it comfortable throughout. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Everyone, from housekeeping and reception to the restaurant staff and management, was warm, professional, and attentive. Their kindness felt sincere, and they were always willing to help with what I needed. The whole team made it feel like a home away from home. It was one of my best hospitality experiences, and I’ll definitely return. Highly recommended!

This used to be a good hotel, but the quality has really gone downhill. The carpets were stained and dirty, there was hair on the shower walls, and my pillow had lipstick marks on it. Disgusting.

The dining area is beautiful and has soft music, and the rooms are very clean. The staff are friendly, especially the people working at dinner time.
