Breakfast was the highlight, absolutely out of this world. Our church group stayed at Mi Casa last weekend and everyone loved it. The rooms were comfortable and neat, and Nadia, Kayla,Jan-Hendrik,Sihle and Marie looked after us so well from check-in through checkout. Thanks as well to the women in the other office who showed us where our rooms were. Lots of love from Cathleen and the OAC group, we'll definitely return.

We had been let down by our accommodation in PE, and Mi Casa guesthouse still managed to help us at 9:30 at night. The staff were friendly and the rooms were great for me and my family. We’ll be back for sure. Thanks so much! Josh

I was given only a spare key when we arrived, not the room key. While I was out, someone entered the room in the middle of the night while my wife and child were sleeping. Nobody apologized or took responsibility. This is typical of a small-town establishment.

I was concerned about security during my stay. The street gates were sometimes left open, and one late afternoon I came back to find my room unlocked and the security gate ajar. I had left my belongings inside and would have liked more care taken with them. The room was otherwise clean and service was good, but the cigarette smell in the room was awful. Management knew about it, and I had to put up with it for all three nights. It wasn't a comfortable stay, and I’d look at other accommodation next time.

The room and bathroom were nice, but this didn't feel like a five-star guest house to me. I was surprised they hadn't provided basic things like cutlery or milk, even though there were coffee sachets. Three stars at best.
