I paid cash when I arrived because the property said my card payment hadn’t gone through. Then, six days later, they charged the card anyway. Since asking for a refund, I’ve just been given the runaround. I could understand a charge appearing a day or two later, but six days is appalling. How many other customers has this happened to? I won’t even get into the transfers they said they’d arrange and then didn’t.

The rooms were neat, the staff were friendly, and the price was cheap for somewhere so close to the airport. Joel, the manager, was a good person. I’d love to stay there again.

We only needed somewhere to rest while we waited for our next flight, but we didn’t feel comfortable there and checked out at 3pm that same day. It didn’t seem secure either, and a lot of what the website listed wasn’t actually there. I was very disappointed.

When I arrived, all the rooms were full, even though I’d booked, and Samuel, the owner, never returned my money. The house was dirty and the receptionist was lazy. They also took ages to open the gate. It was my mistake to go there, and I won’t be back.

The room was the last straw. The ceiling fan didn’t work, there were no towels until we complained, and then we got two threadbare ones. The bed and pillows were badly lumpy and worn, and there wasn’t even a flat sheet. When we asked, we were told the place didn’t own any. We’d booked three nights but couldn’t face staying even one, so we gave up the reservation. This was one of the dirtiest places I’ve stayed, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The price first looked appealing for what seemed to include comfortable lodging, free Wi-Fi and breakfast. But arranging the shuttle should’ve been a warning. We tried to confirm pickup over several days and were assured someone would meet us at the airport, but nobody came.
