Airport Imperial Guest House

Dirty toilets with pee on the seats and unflushed waste, cupboards that smelled, unstable stair rails, loose shower handles, and broken doors made for a terrible stay. When I got stuck in the bathroom, the hosts laughed. Other guests were noisy past times, too. There was a price list for stained or damaged items, but the replacement charges didn't seem to match the quality of those items. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff helped with my booking and answered all my questions, which I appreciated. The bed was good and seemed clean, and there were plenty of blankets, though no heaters. The room and stay felt very limited, and I only found out later that it was self-catering. There was no toilet seat, no shower curtain, and a frayed electrical cable in the shower. The floor was so slippery I nearly fell a couple of times. The TV only had streaming YouTube. It's close to the airport, and they offer a shuttle for a fee.

The Saturday noise was awful and disrespectful, with people arriving late and making so much noise. The shared bathroom was the worst part, and the rooms weren't clean or the beds comfortable. There was no TV remote, and we were told it had to be shared. They advertise free breakfast, but it doesn't exist, and nobody even mentioned it. They shouldn't call it Airport Eperial. It really isn't worth it, honey, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The kitchen is superb, the bathrooms are wonderful, and the lounge is the best. It's a clean place, and the staff are always ready to help. They should improve how often they clean the rooms and change the linen, but all in all they're on the right track. GuestOjno3
