I was worn out by all the back and forth, and we were spending our own money to bolt from one place to the other. At Airport Imperial guesthouse, the lady welcomed us well and was kind, but explained that the room she'd given us was booked for Saturday. On Saturday evening, she gave us a room with a shared bathroom, which I accepted because I was tired of the hassle, even though I'd originally booked a private bathroom. This all started at airport royal guesthouse: when we arrived, the receptionist said they'd given our room to someone else and sent us to Airport Imperial guesthouse. I don't think I'll book at Airport royal guesthouse again. I'd rather stay at airport Imperial guesthouse.

We spent the weekend here with friends and family for my birthday, and I had an amazing time. The rooms were clean and matched what was shown on the website. The receptionists were so friendly, helpful, kind and accommodating. I absolutely loved it.

Fine for a single night's stay, but I wouldn't stay longer. They need to make sure the bathrooms are clean and properly serviced.

We were nine people, but got one room with two beds, one bathroom and a broken toilet. It wasn't what we'd booked or what they'd shown us on the phone.

The room we stayed in was amazing, and the property is beautiful. The staff were very, very friendly, and they apologized after we got stuck inside with no one to help or let us out. In the morning, there was a mix-up trying to leave for our pickup to a $400 excursion, and we almost missed it, though luckily we didn't. It was scary being trapped and made me wonder how we'd escape in a fire. Our bedroom lock also didn't work. One other thing: they exchange American dollars, but at a very, very high rate. I changed $100 and was charged R500.
