Anton even went out of his way to find gluten-free bread for us, and breakfast was delicious every day. My wife and I had a wonderful five-day stay at the big five lodge in Kempton park. The rooms were immaculate and the beds comfortable. I'd happily stay again when we're back in Johannesburg, and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again, Anton! Scott and Lynn from Canada.

The garden was my favourite part, so beautiful and peaceful, especially with the morning breeze carrying its sweet scent. We had a wonderful weekend. The place was neat, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. My needs were taken care of quickly, and the staff were ready to assist with requests. A bedside mat and bathroom enclosure could use a little improvement, but all in all 👍👍

It's a good place, though the Wi-Fi needs an upgrade. It kept cutting in and out.

The pool was clean and ready each morning, and having breakfast beside it in the fresh morning air was lovely. This is a homely guest house in Kemptopark, neat and beautiful both inside and out. The staff are friendly, and the host is nice and always around to help with requests. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and tidy, with a peaceful feel and no interference.

I've stayed a few times and have already booked again. The people are friendly, there's plenty of room but it still feels private, and there's a pool and Wi-Fi. Rooms come at different price points. I'd highly recommend big 5 guest house.
