My husband spent five weeks here. Vicky (owner) and the team were exceptional. The rooms were clean, breakfast was lovely, and there was a fully equipped shared kitchen where he could make his own lunch or dinner. Even the laundry service included ironing.

I needed somewhere to rest after everything I was dealing with over the weekend and into this week. Woodpeckers Inn gave me more than that, I felt so looked after that I didn't have to worry about anything. The rooms are lovely, with a lot of attention to detail, and breakfast was delicious and made early for me. I'm really grateful for the kind service and such a lovely stay.

I spent one night there, Saturday 30 November. The double room was clean and average, but I wouldn't describe it as a luxury room. The booking.com reviews were strong, but my stay didn't match their 9.7 rating. Breakfast was average too.

The staff were super friendly, and staying there was such a wonderful experience. It was an amazing way to spend my last night with my hubby before he left for America. #h2awife

The food was scrumptious and well prepared, and the rooms were clean, fresh, and had all the amenities. Staff were so friendly and attentive to what you need. The wifi was fast, and they had a generator for when loadshedding hit. Absolutely wonderful.
