Our wedding was held there, and I booked the venue with accommodation included. The experience was horrible. There were no towels in the rooms, no warm water, and the electricity was shut off while we were preparing for the wedding, when it was essential. Guests who had travelled from the Eastern Cape and elsewhere had to run around looking for water. On the wedding day, staff asked my guests for alcohol. Chargers and phones went missing from locked rooms and couldn't be found. The owner told me her staff were too honest to do that. I had also paid to use the kitchen, but there was no gas for cooking, so I had to fetch my own. It was terrible.

The bedrooms were clean and refreshing, and I had a lot of fun at Eid Gedi Lodge. The staff were friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. We had perfect weather for enjoying the outdoor pool. It's right on the N12 in Kimberley and close to the central city, so nearby facilities are easy to reach. I'd rate it 1000000/10 and will be back soon!

Wow, Eid Gedi Lodge N12 made a great impression on my first visit. I won't be going to Langley or Riverton again, though I'm not speaking badly of those places. For a family outing, group trip, or conference, visit here and ask for Mamma Fiena. She's very professional, the staff are friendly, and they accommodate everyone. I've already booked my family for new year. Feel free to come for a comfortable, relaxing festive season.

The welcome was warm and attentive, and our room was clean and well cared for. I found Ein Gedi Premium Lodge a peaceful place to unwind, with lovely scenery and a calm feel. It’s along the N12 outside Kimberley, and made for a genuinely relaxing break from city life.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I came for a friend’s wedding and had a bad experience: there was no hot water, we had no towels, some of our belongings went missing, and the toilet seats were broken. The service was poor too.
