The location worked well, with shopping centres not far away. My room’s air conditioning only blew hot air, and parking is very limited, with space for at most four cars. Breakfast was average.

The place was lovely apart from the noise from some people checking in around midnight. They made unexpected, unpleasant noise. The property is very clean, everything is fresh, and there’s always somebody to welcome people and open the gate whenever you arrive.

We had to involve the police to get a refund, and we couldn’t reach the owner. The service was very poor, the rooms weren’t clean, the plugs didn’t work, and there were no bulbs in the bedside lamps. There were no hot tubs either. Everything was a mess. Don’t waste your money.

Reception was very helpful, but the owner should renovate and make repairs. There was no water in our room, so we moved to another one. We also had to get an electrical lead for the air conditioner. The showerhead was blocked and the water flow was very poor. Really, for that price?

The staff were on hand to help at any hour, and they really made our stay pleasant. Everything was clean and tidy, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I’d recommend this guesthouse to anyone. Appreciate you guys at Kimberly guest lodge.
