Marius made us feel looked after the whole stay, always checking that we were comfortable and had what we needed. The staff were friendly and attentive too. I was unsure about Klawer Hotel at first because it looked old, especially the restaurant, but the meal there was amazing. Our room was very comfortable for me and my family, and the bathroom was spotless with hot water and everything we needed. We had a fantastic stay without any problems. It’s a lovely, comfortable hotel, and I’d give it more than five stars if I could. Highly recommend!

The hotel still feels old and hasn’t been renovated. The rooms are outdated, the TVs don’t work, and the bedding is poor. For what they charge, it’s too much.

The restaurant and pub were great, and the prices were very reasonable. Awesome place, I’d definitely stay again.

Marius was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our night at Klawer Hotel. Wish we’d had time to stay longer!

The carpets were filthy and the whole room smelled bad. There was only one set of towels, so when my wife asked about getting more, I asked for my payment back. I wouldn’t encourage friends or relatives to stay here. It wasn’t as described in some reviews, either. The owner didn’t sound very polite when I called, and on arrival I waited several minutes before he came to the front. It also wasn’t in the quiet neighborhood described. After we paid, a lady took us to a room at the back and showed it to us.
