The lagoon and the Heads look stunning from here at any time of day, and we were wowed by the views as soon as we arrived. The Crown on the Heads also has spacious, spotless rooms, tastefully decorated with plenty of thoughtful details. It feels both comfortable and luxurious. Staff were warm and ready to help without hovering, and you can tell they care. Breakfast was another highlight, with fresh ingredients and good coffee served with a smile. The location gives you easy access to Knysna while still feeling quiet and private. We left relaxed and already thinking about a return. Highly recommend this gem for a Knysna visit.

The rooms had everything we expected and needed. Staff were friendly and helpful, and really went out of their way to make our visit pleasant. It was so quiet and peaceful, and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time. What a gem of a place.

Booking was seamless, and on arrival we were welcomed by wonderful staff who were always on hand to help with whatever we needed. The rooms were spacious and very clean, shout-out to the staff! Breakfast was filling and delicious, too. We had a wonderful time at Crown on The Heads and I’d highly recommend staying here.

The photos matched what we found, and I’ll definitely come back. There are fantastic water views and easy access, including a private beach less than two minutes away. The staff were friendly and attentive, and helped with anything I needed.
