The rooms are spotless and nicely equipped, and the staff are friendly and keep the shared spaces in great shape. There’s secure parking behind an automatic gate and a small plunge pool too. The downside is the spot right beside the N2: rooms facing the main road get a lot of traffic noise.

I’ve stayed here a few times since 2018, and there have been major improvements. The staff are professional, helpful and a real asset to the company. I travel quite a bit around our country and have run into plenty of bad attitudes elsewhere, so I really appreciate the great service here. Management also shows strong leadership with clients. There’s a lingering smell throughout the rooms, and the place needs a proper clean. The old furniture should be replaced too. Management could do better.

The room was filthy, including the bath, and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were worn out, with springs coming apart, and the whole place was extremely noisy. There’s a backpackers above the room, and with the wooden roof you hear everything. The room kept trembling, so it felt like the roof might give way. About an hour after I paid, there was very loud banging on the door. Before I could answer while still getting dressed, the host opened it. They then demanded more money even though the room was already paid for. I checked out just over an hour after arriving, but was refused any refund, even a partial one. Avoid this place.
