The location was excellent, around a five-minute walk to the waterfront dining area and five to ten minutes into town. We had a wonderful two-night stay with a friend in this spacious, tidy, well-equipped three-bedroom holiday home. It's an older-style house in a secure gated complex, with a grassy waterfront patio, table and chairs, loungers and a kettle BBQ/braai. The kitchen had a fridge freezer, four-burner electric cooktop, oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery, lovely glassware and washing machine. The host had also left basics like coffee, tea, milk and rusks. There's no air conditioning or insect screens, but a fan helps. Parking is quite tight. A good option for a stay in Knysna.
