I stayed one night on a business trip and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the people were so friendly they made me feel like I was in heaven. Lovely stay.

The rooms are spacious, the location is good, and it’s decent for the price. But the cleaning lady walked in while we were busy, which was awkward. That’s why I’m giving it one star.

The hotel has a big gym and swimming pool, and serves a simple but really enjoyable breakfast. Rooms and bathrooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent service.

My room had no WiFi and the aircon didn’t work. There was a R200 key deposit, the gym was closed on Saturday, and the parking didn’t feel secure. The room wasn’t very clean either: the kettle was dirty, toilet paper hadn’t been refilled, and sellotape was holding the mirror on the door.

I had a pleasant stay, and the room was very clean. The staff were friendly, too. I was just confused about the price: we paid R880, but there’s a big sign outside the hotel advertising R440 ppn.
