Kim was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The studio was quiet, private, clean, comfortable, and luxurious, with local attractions, restaurants, shops, and the Knysna Water Front all within walking distance. We wish we'd had more time here. We'll definitely be back.

We loved the location, with the Knysna waterfront and lively restaurants an easy walk away. The place was cosy, luxurious, and super clean. Kim welcomed us warmly, shared useful information, and went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant. She also gave us tips on Knysna’s main tourist attractions. We'll definitely return! 😊

A month after I booked a week at the Gallery apartments and received an email confirming my details, they cancelled without warning, saying there had been a "pricing mistake." I suspect they realized they could charge more and decided to try their luck. With most other options already booked, I was left in a very difficult spot. I wouldn't recommend booking here if you need peace of mind that you'll actually have a place to stay. Abhorrent.

Dirk dealt with any issues within minutes. The place has lovely decor, great housekeeping, and plenty of space. It was affordable and within walking distance of Quays. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
