The owners make sure guests have what they need while staying in Knysna. It's a very nice guest house, though a little dated compared with the photos online. Still a lovely place.

Martin and Marilyn were so kind and friendly, and helped make my wife's birthday special from our very first phone call. The staff were just as warm and helpful with anything we needed. The place is beautiful, with lovely town and sea views, and breakfast was delicious and filling. I had a wonderful stay with my wife and plan to come back next year. I love this place.

The owners are lovely and always have good tips for things to see and do nearby. Breakfast was huge and delicious, and the views across the water towards Knysna Heads are amazing. It’s a gorgeous B&B that feels more like a hotel, with beautifully furnished and decorated rooms and lots of thoughtful little touches. I’d happily stay again next time.

The view from the property is spectacular. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our stay. We left after one night, despite being booked for four, because the experience was shockingly bad. A considerable amount of money was stolen from my purse while I left it in the room during breakfast. The owners gave us no apology, and it seemed to us that incidents like this were treated as normal there. The room photos and descriptions are misleading: the rooms are smaller than advertised and tired. The place feels cheap and unwelcoming, nowhere near 5-star, 3-star at best. Don't be fooled by the good reviews. The owners and staff made it clear in our interactions, and everywhere we looked, that profit mattered more to them than guests.

The hosts were so hospitable, and the views are probably among the best in Knysna. It made for a truly remarkable stay. I’d recommend it 100%!
