The kids could be seen from the comfort of our room, with the jungle gym right in the center of the property. The facilities are great for families, the food was amazing, and there was a wide selection of fresh cakes. The staff were beyond friendly. What a wonderful experience at this hidden gem.

Leach lodge gave me a rude awakening and a worst experience in a long time. I thought we’d moved past this sort of thing, and had already forgotten it used to be the case. I guess some people will love it, but it’s a no from me. Surely many will soon see it for what it is. All the best to them, but for us, thanks, never again.

The rooms were clean, but I was disappointed because the photos are misleading and the property needs cleaning and maintenance. It wasn’t as advertised. Breakfast was basic, nowhere near the standard of the three lodges and hotels we’d stayed at before Leach Lodge on our road trip.

The place is awesome, but there was no water in the rooms for bathing. The staff apologized, though water should be a priority at accommodation facilities.
