That enclosed veranda is a wonderful place to unwind, with an indoor fireplace, amazing ocean views, and room to enjoy a drink and a braai as the sun goes down. The house sits right on the beach, with only a quiet road between it and the water. It’s just a short walk to the rocks or along the sand, and shops and restaurants in town are easy to reach on foot. We were three adults at "54 on Strand" and found the place much bigger than we needed. There’s a huge kitchen, several living areas, and spacious, comfortable rooms. Everything was clean and well cared for. It would suit a family or group nicely. The setting and views are fantastic, and this will be our first choice when we’re back in Lambert’s Bay. Highly recommended.

The view was lovely, and the place was really clean and comfortable. For the price, it’s one of the best stays. Hard to imagine a better choice in lamberts bay. Thanks Theunette!

We loved the spacious feel and all the different spots to relax. It’s a cosy, luxurious place with a great atmosphere thanks to the owners. We’ll definitely come back, thank you!

Flat 1 has a separate entrance from the house and worked well for us. It sleeps four, with one double room and one twin room, a bath and shower, and a separate toilet. Both bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space and hangers. There’s an open-plan kitchen and living room, plus an outdoor table for four. In front of the flat, the shared area has two braais and a table. We found everything we needed: towels, fresh bedding, extra blankets, kitchen things, candles and a flashlight for those dear Eskom sponsered times. The place is neat and spacious, and great value. We really enjoyed our stay. Do ask the owners about their pallet analysis on their winefarm, it’s fabulous!

The spot right beside the ocean is great, and although there were only two of us, we had the whole "house" to ourselves. It has a lot of potential, but some maintenance is badly needed. The kitchen tap leaks, the main bedroom curtain rails are crooked and loose, and the paint is peeling with large areas of mildew on the wails in that room.
