Lewatle guest lodge

The Wi-Fi was poor, there were no towels, and I had to ask for tissue twice. The plugs weren’t working either.

The rooms aren’t up to the lodge’s standard, and everything needs improvement. The breakfast was especially disappointing: they put baked beans straight from the can into a bowl, left the food uncovered, and there was no butter or tea. I don’t think they know what a buffet is. I wouldn’t refer anyone here. They don’t take their clients seriously, and I’m disappointed.

I liked the rooms, which were clean and comfortable, and the food was nice. I used one facility for a meeting and another one from the same branch to sleep. But the conference facility hadn’t been cleaned the next morning, even though we still had a meeting. I picked up the garbage myself so we could make progress, while the staff seemed perfectly comfortable leaving it there.

They provided extra blankets, but there’s still plenty to improve for guests’ comfort. The air conditioner needs to work, and the burglar bars should be fixed. Being so close to the gate was uncomfortable, and other guests coming and going caused disturbances.
