We’d booked and paid in advance, so check-in should have been straightforward. Instead, the two reception staff on duty on 28/11/25 couldn’t find our booking. We waited two hours before they finally located it. Their attitude was unprofessional, and room 307 couldn’t be locked. Reception service was extremely disappointing. Please train staff to handle bookings efficiently and speak respectfully to clients.

The family room was spacious, clean and neat, but we found cockroaches beside the beds in our rooms. The Wi-Fi kept dropping in and out, and other guests were making loud noise.

The staff were super friendly and the service was excellent, but the food was really not good this time. We usually make a point of having lunch at the restaurant when we come down, so this was a real disappointment. Maybe it was just an off day, but it wasn’t the best.

The beach and shopping centre were both close by, and my husband and I loved the whole stay. We had a sea-view room and the breakfast was the best. Everything was perfect, a great experience.

I enjoy staying here, though there’s no sea view anymore. The corridors and reception get hot and stuffy without air conditioning, and the windows in room 411 don’t latch.
