The views were absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was clean and neat. But during our four-day stay, we had no electricity or water for almost a full day and a quarter of the night, with no backup systems. Music downstairs stayed loud until 11pm, which was a bummer. There was no air conditioning, and the WiFi was poor once we finally got connected. The atmosphere around the building felt apprehensive, and the area smelled of urine. The tiny lifts smelled awful too. We also waited 15 minutes after arriving, even though we were already well past the agreed arrival time. I don't think I'll ever come back.
