Tranquility

We had a terrible experience with the service. They couldn’t coordinate the bookings, so my family ended up split between two units far from each other. The house was below standard and didn’t look like the pictures, and the way they treated customers was disgusting. I can’t see myself going back.

We booked two houses, and both were sparkling clean and had everything you might need for self catering. It felt like a home away from home. A quiet spot away from all the crowds.

We paid R1000 cash as a refundable deposit, but it took repeated calls and three weeks to get it back. They deposited a cheque, which then took another week to clear, and I was charged R45 in bank fees. A whole month of pathetic service. The photos gave me high expectations, but those didn’t last long. The place was crawling with ants, the splash pool was dirty, and the access gate stopped working. The gas braai was filthy, with its catch tray overflowing with grease and oil from previous braais. I won’t be contacting you again.

The surroundings are the only peaceful thing about this place. From Friday night through Sunday morning, there were parties, loud music and shouting. It was unpleasant overall.
