Foxy Crocodile Bush Lodge & Kruger Safaris

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge last week. The room was just right, clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and we really enjoyed the pool. Every meal was delicious. The owners welcomed us warmly when we arrived, and all the staff stayed super friendly throughout our visit. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

It was quiet and peaceful, and we loved seeing wildlife on the property and along the riverbanks. The place sits on Crocodile River, very close to Kruger National Park. Our room felt luxurious, with a large living area and kitchenette. There was a barbecue grill/fire pit with firewood provided, outdoor seating and dining, indoor dining, plus both indoor and outdoor showers. The hosts were good people and made us feel like family.

What a stay! The animals roaming around our cottage were a real treat, and the owners and staff were so welcoming and accommodating. We were met with smiles and good humour, and even found welcome notes on our door. They struck a lovely balance between giving us privacy and being attentive. We asked for a braai dinner on our last night, and they made one of the tastiest meals of our trip. Such a gem. I can't imagine the big lodges matching this experience, and we'll definitely be back!

The safaris were fantastic, and Pierre did a great job as our guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and tuned in to what everyone wanted to see. The location was also a treat, with adorable animals wandering around while we sipped wine by the pool. On top of that, the hosts and staff were a genuinely lovely, thoughtful, and helpful group. We couldn't have asked for a better place or better people. Thanks for having us, we had the best time and will 1000% be back! Much love from Tom and Craig
