Kruger Eden Lodge

Kudus appeared right by the jacuzzi they had prepared for us, which was such a lovely surprise. The boma was a lovely spot to sit by the fire at night, and breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. We even saw the Big 5. Our family had four generations together at Kruger Eden Lodge, from age 93 down to just 8 months, and it was honestly incredible. Cicelia, who was standing in for Natalie, took such good care of us and made everything feel special. The rooms and food were fantastic, and the service was even better. It was the kind of trip every family dreams about, and Kruger Eden Lodge made it unforgettable.

We stopped here after our first day at Kruger, and it was worth it. The animals passing right beside the hotel amazed me. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was very big and comfortable. I appreciated the fresh fruit. Dinner and breakfast were okay, nothing memorable, but good enough. Natalie, the owner, was very kind and happy to give recommendations. I recommend this place!

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and this felt like the perfect place for us to stay. They booked a full-day game drive with Souther Kruger Safaris, one of the best I've experienced. Make sure you take the walk from the lodge along the river. In the late afternoon, we saw lots of wildlife by the path and around Crocodile River.

The staff were superb, friendly, welcoming and attentive, and our host Natalie spoiled us. She knew the area and local activities so well, which was a huge help. The food was 5 star, and the lodge has luxury rooms with gorgeous finishes. My partner and I had a wonderful time at Kruger Eden Lodge celebrating our 29th anniversary from 22nd - 24th Jan 2026.
