Half the menu wasn’t available, and the basics in my luxury room were a hassle: no Wi-Fi password on arrival and no remote for the aircon. There was nothing luxurious about it, just inconvenience. The standards have fallen so far that I barely recognize the place anymore. I won’t return. A change in management would be a definite solution. You will not make it!

Everyone was friendly, but we had no hot water for two nights. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I couldn’t give this place zero stars, so it gets one. The service was shocking. Our room TV wasn’t connected, and there wasn’t even a plug in sight. Two of us were given one hand towel. The bedside mat was dirty, fluffy and matted, and smelled filthy. Friends with us had dirty sheets that hadn’t been changed. The food was cold and inedible, and even though we ordered ahead, some of it never arrived. On a Saturday night after rugby, they closed the kitchen early and refused to make two coffees, but still charged us for them. We didn’t see a manager during our stay. There were too many broken things, even concrete pillars, and the kitchen was dirty. I’m sure the place wouldn’t pass a health and safety test. Catch a wake up.

I’m writing this on my second morning here, outside reception. There are 27 of us, here with family, and the service makes it feel like we’re staying for free. We had to ask for the floor and bedding to be cleaned because they were dirty. For two days we’ve been running around asking for water to shower. At this point, Wi-Fi doesn’t matter. They can’t get the basics right.
