The staff were friendly and helpful, and parking felt secure. Our room was neat, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this place again.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and it works really well for an overnight stop on the way in or out of Mozambique. It also gives us a chance to take a break and enjoy Nelspruit. The rooms are tidy, with clean towels and linen, and a good range of kitchen appliances. It’s central to some great malls and restaurants, and safe parking for the car matters to us. Breakfast is a packed continental rather than a full meal, but it’s more than enough and handy to take along as morning snacks for the road. Schizelle is extremely efficient and helpful with bookings, and Banele is always friendly, smiling, and ready to help with whatever we need. Thanks again for the stay. Hope we’re back soon.

The room at HP Twelve Accommodation was spotless, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s just around the corner from Busamed Lowveld Private Hospital, and walking there feels very safe.
