The basin wouldn’t drain, the door lock had holes and didn’t feel secure, and the sliding door had no key to lock it. At the gate, they made us open our luggage bags so they could search for sheets and the hotel's belongings. The most unprofessional place I’ve ever been. I’d never recommend it to anyone.

I was really disappointed. I’d booked and paid days before check in, and they acknowledged the payment, but when I arrived they were full and hadn’t kept a room for me. We waited almost two hours while they tried to sort it out. When we finally got a room, the sheets were dirty and there wasn’t even a fitted sheet on the mattress. Ijoh, it was just a lot. Not happy with the service.

Those two days with the love of my life, from 26 to 28 Dec. 2025, were breathtaking. We had a wonderful time and have booked again for the Easter holidays, from the 3rd to the 5th of April. Can't wait, we're going to enjoy ourselves.

Khayalamis has outstanding facilities for AI workshops, and the food is excellent. Teanet was an amazing help, running around to get everything sorted.

The service was poor all around, and it has cheap guest house vibes. I was first given a room with no water and told to bathe in another one. When I insisted on changing rooms, they moved me into one that DIDN'T LOCK. I had to switch rooms three times before getting a decent one. There was no network, the wifi wouldn’t connect, and the electricity was unstable.
