The views are amazing, but we had a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place. We booked a house, yet the shared area leading to our house had no security and anyone could get in. There was no hot water on the second day, and at checkout the refund they’d promised for a room suddenly wasn’t available. The bedrooms were below par, with no headboards, and the showers didn’t drain. The floors were so dirty that an acrylic nail from a previous guest was left behind. One pool was clean, the other was dirty. The stove wasn’t working, and when staff came to help, they didn’t connect the gas properly. We could actually have died. It looks nothing like the pictures. A very strange place to stay, with a horrible customer experience.

This was the worst hotel stay of my life. The place was disgusting and dirty, with bugs everywhere, and I don’t think the pools have been cleaned in years. There was nowhere to get food or drinks, and the closest shop was 10 minutes away by cab. My only neighbor was a working prostitute with men constantly going in and out of her room. I booked a week but left as soon as I could, after two nights. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The staff were unfriendly, both day and night, and made us feel unwelcome. The yard was filthy, the pools were dirty, and you couldn’t even sit outside on their chairs. The place badly needs maintenance, with large, creepy cats around too. The room was very dirty, from the bathroom and surroundings to the very old, stained linen, peeling walls, and filthy base covers in the better room they gave us after we complained. It looked as if the first room hadn’t been cleaned for about a month. We booked one room with one bed but were offered a 2 bedroom room. This place should not be advertised on bookings. Com. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I was meant to stay 3 nights, but left after just one. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the shower had mold. The air conditioner leaked. I reported it during the night and was told to switch it off. The room was missing amenities listed in the advert, including DSTV, a sofa, and a trousers press. The whole facility felt run down and dilapidated. I asked for a refund for the last two nights and got sent on a wild round trip avoidance scheme. Don’t waste your money here.

I checked out almost immediately and will never come back. The place was disgusting, dirty, overpriced, and nothing like the advertised pictures. There was no wifi as promised, just a standard TV. The loud kitchen noise from people working there made it feel like a rural area. Apparently the owner knows about all the complaints but continues the false advertising. He’s never on the premises and just pockets the money. I wonder if he even pays the staff. This place shouldn’t be advertised or supported.
