I've stayed here twice for New Year's, and both visits have been pleasant. The hotel feels very modern, from the fresh, well-kept rooms to the stylish, carefully chosen décor. Getting to the room floors requires a working key card, which adds to the feeling of privacy and safety. Ilanga Mall is right beside the hotel, which is very handy. The buffet is where things could improve. There seems to be enough food in total, but when it's busy, serving stations run low and are topped up in small amounts. Guests arriving at different times can keep finding little or nothing, which gets frustrating. The quality varies too: the meat can be tough, and there aren't many side dishes to choose from. Last year, AFCON was on the TVs, a nice touch that made the atmosphere more enjoyable.

Rooms, service and location were all highlights, and the price was fair. I didn't try the restaurant, though it looked decent. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

I spent three days here for training. The hotel was clean and beautiful, with comfortable conference rooms and lovely surroundings. The food was delicious and well cooked. The waiters and other staff were friendly, kind and efficient, and they put clients' needs first. I enjoyed my time here ❤️

The rooms, bedding and utensils were all extremely clean, and the staff were professional and presentable. The food was tasty, prepared with real care, and the service was high quality. I had a blissful festive-season stay at Capital Mbombela, and feel like the holidays have started all over again. Thanks for hosting me. I'll be back with my family.

The location beside iLanga Mall is just right, especially for a business trip in Nelspruit. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms, particularly the apartments, are spacious. Easily the best hotel in Nelspruit by far. I'd highly recommend it.
