The room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after, and the food was excellent, full of flavour and nicely prepared. We had a wonderful weekend at Alveston Manor. The hotel and spa had a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. Service was outstanding, and they were happy to do anything we needed. Thanks to the whole team for a fantastic stay. We’ll definitely be back and recommend Alveston Manor to anyone looking for a quality stay with great service.

We loved the restaurant, with outstanding food that was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Alveston Manor Boutique Hotel and Spa in Middelburg is a beautiful, peaceful property, elegant and well maintained. The staff were warm and attentive from check-in to check-out, and nothing was too much trouble. Our spotless, comfortable room had a lovely touch of luxury. The atmosphere is great for a romantic getaway or a quiet weekend away from the city. I’d recommend it for a boutique stay in Middelburg, and we’ll definitely return.

Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of fresh, delicious choices prepared with care. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, comfortable, and relaxing. At Alveston Manor Boutique Hotel, the staff’s personal attention stood out from the moment we arrived. They made us feel welcome and at home, and their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made the stay memorable. It brings together comfort, elegance, and great service. I’d recommend it to anyone after a boutique hotel with a personal touch, and I’ll definitely be back.

The spa was the cherry on top once we extended our stay. We’d booked a night with my girlfriend, but the friendly staff were happy to suit our needs when we decided to stay longer. The prices were easy on the pocket. The food at their ON-SITE restaurant BLACK SWANN was exceptional, especially with the newly released menu, and CAFE TOAST made our mornings with breakfast that catered to what we needed. My now fiance and I would recommend ALVESTON MANOR (MIDDLEBURG). We’re so grateful for those memories. Wooooow, wow and more WOW. XXX Michael.

We were visiting one of our daughters, who works at the Public Hospital and lives in Middleburg. This was the final night of our week and a half vacation in South Africa. There were flowers and towel animals in our room when we checked in, and we appreciated the local artwork. The service was fantastic overall, and Cafe Toast was great the next morning. We didn’t enjoy the spa services or the bar.
