Our room was hot and noisy, with an extremely loud pub right below it. There was no power to any of the plugs when we arrived, including the air conditioning. Management blamed a guest on the floor for tripping the switch, but couldn't fix it, move us to another room, or offer even a partial refund. The place is poorly managed, and the whole stay was awful. There are better places for a comfortable visit, with more professional management.

The place is in a good location and the employees seem to be trying, but I noticed little support from the managers. On day two we slept in darkness because the building has electrical problems. The pub downstairs is so noisy that you should expect noise all night. The food wasn't well prepared, the bathroom floors had dirty stains, and the room windows wouldn't close.

Disgusting stay. There were cockroaches all over the bathroom and even crawling on the bed, and no other room was available. Absolutely terrible.

The restaurant downstairs is really nice, and Chicos is a lovely, relaxing sports bar with good food and a nice menu. There are a few slots at a separate end. The bartenders provide very good service. I haven't stayed in the rooms, so they should be good.

The pool and restaurant were great, and the peaceful setting made for a relaxing visit. I found the room spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive to what I needed. It was a fantastic stay, with good service and value for money. I'd recommend it for a business trip or a relaxing break, and would happily return.
