Whenever I’m in Midrand, I love staying at Amohelo. It’s in a safe, secure estate, and the garden is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. Friendly staff and a delicious breakfast make for a great start to the day.

The owner is around and always ready to help, which is one reason I’ve stayed here several times and plan to keep coming back. Breakfast is superb, with very generous portions. It’s a lovely area full of trees, with a beautiful garden, and feels like a little paradise. When it’s hot, the pool is perfect for swimming a few lengths.

The three of us had a peaceful, lovely stay over Easter. Everything was neat and clean, and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. We had a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. I’d recommend the place.

The quiet evenings, lovely birdlife and immaculate grounds make this lodge feel like a real home away from home. It’s so comfortable, and the hospitality, room, dinner and breakfast were all wonderful. Another great stay at this gem. There aren’t enough stars for it. When I’m in JHB, I’d rather move my dates than sleep anywhere else. Give it a try if you haven’t already 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
