Caroline was a great hostess and checked that we were doing okay. We had a pleasant stay, and the rooms were clean with fresh towels. The rooms are rather outdated, though, and there was no microwave, which is why I’m giving three stars. Overall, not bad at all. Maybe we’ll book again.

Caroline is an absolute angel. She’s the hostess, cook and room service, and her sunny presence was lovely after a long day. The low rating is because the rooms are outdated and need serious attention, especially with the black mold all over the bathroom. That’s a serious health hazard. I have a photo to show I’m not just being an everyday “Karen.” Just my personal opinion.

We love this peaceful, beautiful place in Midrand. It’s a hidden gem, and the service was excellent.

A nice, comfortable place when visiting Midrand and the surrounding area. It’s quiet and feels safe, and you get a remote for the gate. My room had a big bed, a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and its own terrace. It also costs less than a full hotel.

The owner gave us a lovely welcome and took the time to explain everything about the place. It’s very quiet, and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. The bathrooms have both a shower and a bathtub, so you can choose.
