The place looks attractive, but living here has been a struggle. More than a year after moving into my unit, there was still an item on the snag list that hadn't been dealt with: a dent in the oven hob. Preshan and Mathapelo in the “After sale” department kept giving me the runaround, then stopped replying to my WhatsApp massages. They sent someone from defy to give a quote, but after that they ignored me because it was apparently too expensive for them. Now there's another problem in my main bedroom and bathroom. The house looks like it may be leaking, and I doubt I'll get any help with it. I regret buying from these developers. There are other problems too: noise from loud car music at the gate, the nearest school and the club by the shopping centre, security that doesn't feel tight, parking far from my unit, and a narrow road that should be one way.

The gas stove is a big plus during loadshedding, since I can still cook, and the fibre servers have backup too. With a mini UPS, you can keep your fibre running during loadshedding. The security is fantastic, and the place looks great both inside and out. The fibre is ridiculously expensive compared with other complexes and what providers charge. I wouldn't choose Home Connect as an ISP either, their connection and service are terrible. The south-facing blocks stay very cold all year, so be ready to buy a heater. Add expensive electricity to that and it becomes a nightmare.

I've never dealt with worse estate management. I reported the leaking ceiling four days ago, and nobody has come to check it. Clarissa keeps making promises that go nowhere.
