The cottages were neat inside and had everything we needed, but I didn’t feel safe in the surroundings as a woman. They’re quite far apart, and I slept with the alarm panic button in my hand. Noises in the roof woke me several times. The owner said it was probably mice, rats, or birds that get in from time to time. A colleague reminded me the cottages are in a conservancy, so night sounds are to be expected and should be ignored. The facilities inside were good and more than adequate.

This was my second visit, and it won’t be my last. The accommodation is beautiful, the site is secure, and everyone provided friendly, helpful, efficient service. There are very affectionate dogs on site too. It’s hard to find a better place to stay.

Horses wander around this beautiful, peaceful place, and the accommodation is lovely. It feels far removed from the bustle of busy life, even though everything is just around the corner.

The accommodation was clean, easy to reach, and reasonably priced. The campus is beautiful, safe, and peaceful, and the staff were friendly and caring. Mr Cherian Mathews (South Africa), Dr George Cherian (Bangalore, India) & Mr John Princely (Dubai)

I wouldn’t recommend Pine Tree lodge for a business trip. I had to work from my bed because there was no desk in the room. It also shared a kitchen, and my friendly neighbours ate and drank until midnight with only a door between us. Dogs jumped on me when I arrived. Luckily, I had another pair of pants in my luggage.
